Making Apple Muffins

On Sunday we began the process, juicing 6 apples an a chunk of ginger root, making some delicious fresh juice, which we drank. The cellulose waste that is created by the apple juice (and ginger) was actually a great opportunity. We looked up a recipe, and turned that waste into some delicious opportunity.

The recipe is as follows:
4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter (we used canola oil instead)
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

It was pretty much that simple! Mix it all together, drop it into muffin papers, and you're good to go. Bake 375 for 20 minutes.

Enjoy!
